I had a trans am with 330lbs of tq with no electronis to limit the car and when i launched that thuing at 3000-4000rpm it would bog (with sticky tires) because the weight was too much for the torque the car had. If our caqrs weighted 2500lbs then i would say 229tq is pretty decent amount.
I did not call you arrogant, I called your grandstanding arrogant. Saying you can easily do something that many before you (with more experience) have tried before. Some have been racing this car for 6-7 years, you made claims after having had yours to the track
once. I also said you had good runs, which you did.
Also, must not have looked at the info I posted because if you had read even the beginning, you would know this is not an electronics issue, it is literally a delay valve, totally mechanical. This means you are not putting out the 229tq that the car is able to produce until the entire clutch is engaged, which is delayed by the valve. I did not post this info to make myself sound more knowledgeable, I posted it so others, like yourself, who race, can use the info to try and gain an advantage. Everyone is throwing thousands into their engines, and the thing you need in a manual to really put the power to the ground is being delayed by a $2 part.

I never said anything about 60's, like I stated, I am not a drag racer, but I have been around a track or two. I simply said that if you were able to put the tq to the ground ALL AT ONCE, you might not be complaining about a lack thereof. I brought this up,

Look, I don't like to talk about my driving much and I like to show times and call it a day, but you get me a full bolts on crossfire and watch me run 13s CONSISTENTLY.
I would really like to know what a full bolts XF is, and how far into the 13s you are intending to go, then we can continue our discussion. But if you have no intention of wanting to learn more about the car, like not reading what I posted, that is your choice.
