We've got plenty of gorgeous roads here in SoCal that I drive every chance I get. There are, however, some racetracks I'd love to drive:

Laguna Seca
Spa Francorchamps
Nurburgring Nordschliefe
Road Atlanta
Suzuka
Silverstone
Monza

As far as public roads go:

Transfagarasan Road in the Carpathian Mountains (see the Top Gear Romania episode - truly epic)
Stelvio Pass in Northern Italy (if you've ever followed European bicycle racing you know this - or another Top Gear episode)
Plenty of great roads in Southern France, too.
