Why don't you take it to a mercedes dealer and just get there opinon. Chrysler is not the most experienced when it comes to this car. It usually doesn't cost anything for advice...get what you can from the mercedes dealer and the share it with the Chrysler dealer so they can fix it. I don't think things like flickering headlights have a code, so it may be hard to troubleshoot...I recall a while back that a few crossfire were shipped with bad or weak batteries. Good luck with it and hope you don't have to trade it in over some dimming lights.
