I found the following equation on the internet (so it must be correct )

234 * (HP / Weight) ^ .3333 = mph


396 HP, 3420 lbs = 114.1 mph
350 HP, 3420 lbs = 109.5 mph
333 HP, 3420 lbs = 107.7 mph
