Welcome to the forum. It took me a year to find just the right SRT-6 roadster for me, but they are out there. The only options available were Navigation (I agree that it's useless and put in an aftermarket stereo), tires (Michelin versus Continental) and color (Black, Blue, Silver-Blue, and Gray).

You have to strike while the iron is hot on these SRT-6 roadsters, because they tend to sell quick. Be prepared to travel nationwide for the right one. IMHO, those being sold by private parties (especially original owners) are worth waiting for than one on a dealer's lot with an unknown history.
