I myself have done lots of I6 swap outs for both SM & BB V8's, but only pre OBD day engines. Only now have I started to cross this bridge. My plans are to put a 89mustang GT motor in my 66 mustang coupe body which will require some minor electrical work.

Your XF is WAY cooler. Especially knowing all the electronical (is electronical a word lol?)mods you probaly had to do.

Question for you;

How did you deal with all the electronics? Which parts from the Xf and benz did you marry and did you need to program?
