I was a coupe guy my whole life. Would never buy a convertable. The closest thing to a 'vert I ever owned was T-tops, and I rarely took them out. My wife wanted one so we looked, then she said why not the XF. I told her I didn't like them, but I would look. Well, the roadster has great lines with the top up, or down...and I was hooked, and definitely hooked when I learned about the SRT...fast and good looking, make for a good combination...now that I have the coupe, we can both show our cars...
