I've created a Microsoft Excel 2003 spreadsheet showing the Maintenance A&B Schedules for each 7000 interval with checkmarks to note completions. It also has some comments, etc. as to how I do these things myself.

If someone has a web site to post it for downloading I'll be glad to email it to him. Or, send me an email request and I'll email it to you as an attachment for your personal use and/or modifications.
