Well now, looks like my toys are getting some attention.
There have been 3 versions. The first two were aluminum with no sticky on it. They got expensive to have made (they were engraved) and I found a great alternative in an automotive grade poly badge. This one has a self-adhesive back as mentioned.
I have had all 3 on my supercharger. The first two, I used JB Weld. Held tight and I used a chisel under the edge to pry off. There was some residue that I had to sand off. The current design is very easy, as mentioned just peel off the backing and apply.
It will come off, if you really want it to, with little to no residue. Case in point, I had my supercharger replaced under warranty and the dealer pulled it off the bad one and reapplied it to my new one.
The originals sold for $30 the current sells for only $10.99. They are in stock and ready to ship.
