I use a Bluetooth Jabra ear piece that has a wifi connection to my Bluetooth equipped cell phone. I don't need a holder for my cell phone as it is clipped to my belt. Although an expensive fix to call/talk while taking care of the shifting action it is, wireless and keeps everyone safe.
