Oh com'n John. We have a gold fish that we've had for more than 5 years that just won't die. He has survived so many incidents that I think he has nine lives. He survived being put in scourging water (by accident), over fed with 1/2 box of fish food by my wife's niece, jumped out of the bowl onto the floor, our dog put in his mouth and played with it, leaving it in the next room on the carpet for who knows how long. My wife took it and put it back in his bowl and started swimming again. And still living. The darn fish just wont die.

Tell me you don't want to know when he dies.....
