I'd like to see a pic of where to put the tape as well. I'm a bit confused and don't want to put it in the wrong place.

Also, to make sure I'm hearing the same noise in my 2006 - does it sound like a snapping, popping, creaking sort of sound from the back that makes you feel like your car is a creaking battleship?
