If it were me, I'd just disconnect the battery for 5 min and let everything reset itself. After about two weeks of driving, I'm sure your ECU will have adjusted to the new goodies.
As everyone else said, 4PSI of boost is nothing to sneeze at. I just bought a C3 myself and I can't wait to install it. Sadly, I have to wait until LET comes out to the bay area to do tunes again. I have the SL 55 intake, C3 pulley, and then tune. Should be good to bring the car up to 390-400hp (if my car is strong stock).
EDIT: BTW, how hard is it to warp these things? I'm worried about an out-of-round scenario on my pulley, but if they're steel im sure it's pretty damn hard to do...
