So Roberta & I were discussing our upcoming CAA trek to St. Louis next month. We decided to drive the scenic route across Northern GA's mountains instead of the I-85/I-75 Atlanta route. And we're planning to stop at George Dickel distillery for a photo shoot shortly after we enter TN.

Note: For those considering I-40 West between Asheville & Knoxville be aware that while I-40 West is open, it is only 1-lane of traffic. You will spend time in bumper-to-bumper traffic at 25-30 mph speeds for several miles. Been there; done that! I-40 East through mountains has both lanes open.
