If it was me, I would start by making sure the air filters were clean, and then next up would be to pull the spark plugs out one at a time and make sure each one of them was at the proper gap.
After that, I would use a timing light to see if I could figure out which cylinder it is that is misfiring. Once I found the misfiring cylinder, I would switch the
ignition coil over to the adjacent cylinder to see if the missfire them follows the ignition coil, or if it stays with the cylinder.
If that doesn't change anything, I would switch the fuel injector over to the adjacent cylinder to see if the missfire them follows the fuel injector, or if it stays with the cylinder.
The results of the last test would then lead to further research.

Thanks dude for your help. I was trying to figure out my car sounds like there's also an electrical fault somewhere. the only time that light comes on is if i can't get the car into third quickly enough.
