You can no longer become a sponsor, the paypal fees get rejected. This is why there are a lot of new people touting parts (check the suspension section for BBK) and not a sponsor.

My brother has spoken to the moderators and has had his lawyer send letters to both the moderators and Julian. The reponse was that they don't find him at fault for fraud or ripping any one off, but now he is banned for having multiple screen names (stallion8797 and tvt_design).
