Thanks for the information. The connector did not have the blue and the blue/white wires connected. After reading your comments, I went back and looked in the package and the blue and the blue/white wires were loose in the bag. I took the blue one and inserted it into the #5A spot on the connector. It had the blade already attached to it so it was simple to get it to click into position.

After putting the radio back into the car for the umpteenth time, everything is working.
