Went on a little 100 mile ride today and discovered a stretch of the Old Lincoln Highway that I had never been on before. It definitely wasn't designed for SRT suspensions.

I can't imagine what it would have been like to travel this road in the 20's or 30's.

Also came across a great "Barn Find". Here's your Comet FP.
The Comet had a near perfect "straight" Arizona body, and it came with all the trim, and a 289 4brl. Of course it needs paint, and a new interior, but would be a great project car.
I've passed this barn nearly 100 times in the last decade, and the door was never open, but today it was. I pulled over and asked the owner (who was mowing grass) if I could take a few photo's, and he said no problem. He even showed me his other toys too. Red 67 Mustang 390 coupe, black 88 T-Bird Turbo coupe (with a 5.0 Liter V8 transplant), and his 650 V twin Suzuki sport bike. He also had a 65 Mustang fastback, (but I didn't see it).
Couldn't have asked to meet a nicer guy.
Beautiful day too.
