I've had extremely good luck with Meguiar's Hot Tire Shine, aerosol.

Sprays on like paint, LOL... I only spray enough to get the tires shiny, not glossy.

No slings thus far.

FWIW, their regular spray bottle (windex style bottle) is garbage... I hated it, and if your use an applicator, it immediately dulls down.

Aerosol is the best. They used to have an adjustable nozzle for low-pro tires, but I haven't seen that in a few months...
