You'd be traveling 264 feet per second, thats basically the length of a football field every time you blink.
The officer would barely have time to raise his gun into position and pull the trigger before he saw you and you passed him.

That being said, on a public road with an unprepared surface, those speeds are suicidal. Unless you happen to be on an empty highway @ 3am where the only life being taken is youre own.
