I made a spreadsheet awhile ago that calculates our car's speed versus RPM with the stock rear diff and stock tire size. I changed the diff ratio to the 3.27 and attached the PDF.

I don't know how this would truly affect 1/4 mile performance, but you would be accelerating a bit quicker with the 327 due to the slightly higher torque multiplication.
