I believe anything today. I shopped for other cars before I bought the Xfire. I was seriously into buying an 04 GTO. A local dealer had 28 of them on his lot. My last price on one stickered at $35,000+ was $26000 with rebates and their own discounts. I read up on the car on their forums and decided against it after seeing all of the problems they seemed to have, especially electronics. Plus the dealer low balled my 04 Grand Prix GTP trade in at $14,000, and would not budge. Yes, the Chrysler dealer did much better! Right now with the price of gas, I am glad I didn't get it. My Xfire has 3000 miles on it and is my daily driver, about 50 miles a day round trip, and it's great. I just finished installing my XM Radio, so it is now just about perfect for my needs.

I am not planning on trading for at least 5 years, if then, unless it becomes a money pit after the warranty expires, so resale is a mute point. I am seriously considering the extended warranty from Chrysler, so that would add to my decision not to sell/trade.
