Re: I ordered some spacers
Just an update on the status of my spacer purchase. I received them this past Thursday, and started the install Friday evening. The rear spacers (15MM) went on without a hitch, and they give the car the look that I was going for. I then moved to the front, and quickly realized that the love I was feeling was short lived. The front spacers (10MM) would not fit over the grease cap on the hub. After doing some quick research on the forum, I realized that this was a common problem with the front spacers. I will need to get the front ones machined a bit to fit. I saw in one post stating that they needed to have them machine an additional 1.3875MM to work. If anyone has a different experience than this, please let me know. I will try to get them machined sometime this coming week, and then I will post pics of the result. I can tell already from getting the rears done, I am going to be so much happier with the stance after the front is complete. It amazes me how something so small can make such a huge difference in the overall appearance of the car.
