The highs and the lows are opposite from each other. I can't remember which is which.

Loosen the spring clip

Rotate them while they are on. When you hit the "Sweet Spot". you'll know it!

Replace spring clip.

They don't get hot and it's only 12VDC. You won't get hurt.
