Welcome to the forum. Not sure what the exchange rate is, but that sounds very expensive for a US$30-40 part. When you're out of warranty, I am sure someone here can order small parts and ship them. You would probably find some of the online parts houses will also ship anywhere against a credit card. E.g., brake pads are about US$100 per set here.
