My mom had a Dodge Dynasty. I think I spelled that word wrong. Anyway true story. There was only 2" of snow - ice mixture on the road. A big chunk of collected rear fenderwell ice fell from a car she was following. She couldn't safely avoid hitting the ice chunk. It took out her transmission pan with transmission lines.
