I find it's just easier to do small sections of the car each day until I get the entire car finished.

Using Prep-Sol to take off the old wax layer. Then running the clay bar over the surface to get any surface contamination. Final step is apply a good coat of premium cleaner-wax on the surface. If I was back into show car care, I'd apply the 3-layer protection (fine cut cleaner, polish, carnuba wax). Just don't have the time anymore or have other priorities that keep coming up.

Anyway, the car should be looking good by the time we head out for St. Louis on Father's Day. See folks there.
Have only the front bumper to finish on my spring wax job on the XFire. I have to admit, the best color is Machine Gray! My complete unbiased opinion!

Looking forward to seeing folks in St. Louis in a couple of weeks. Imagine that - it's only 2 weeks until we arrive in St. Louis!
