Just got off the phone with the dealer. Unfortunately they won't be able to get to me until this weekend. Guess I'll see what else I can try. I did try just locking the door with the mechanical key, but the alarm still went off. I must be missing something, going to try the owners manual again. I'll keep ya'll posted as to what happens.
