Be nice and send him a fax (power of the printed word) for $9700 but no more. NOT even doc fees which a dealer can add $300 or so dollars. And the look around. A lot of NICE Crossfires out there. They were $35,000 cars for 04, so most buyers took care of them---a lot of nice ones, so keep the power to walk and look around and save a grand or two LOL!!!!!!!!!! It will be fun and save money, plus you'll learn about these cars.
Edit: Stay with the Crossfire over the Z. The Z a great car, but having driven these for years, I am still getting asked about this car. You WILL NOT be sorry!!!!!
