buggin, before you get to enthralled with bringing your SLK to Germany, you might want to check on the laws that have to do with bringing american cars over and registering them there. (if that's what you need to do) I bought and sent a mustang GT to Germany a few years ago and my relatives over there had a hell of a time making it pass there requirements. Different glass had to be installed, different seat belts, bumpers and more that I can't remember. They are stricter than we are believe it or not.

If you can leave it registered in the states then disregard this.
