Yep, that's the sound I hear. Not only is it annoying, but it makes the car sound like its 30 years old. It's more prevalent at low RPM in a higher gear, but as the engine noise gets louder due to higher RPM, you can't hear it as much.

My transmission fluid is leaking so I need to take the car in for service anyway. I'll tell them about the flutter and see what they come up with.
