Got the car back on Wednesday evening. They installed the MB siren which now has an audible tone when arming and disarming. Seems to have fixed the problem. I know it sounds like a lot for the job that was done, but I just didn't have the time, patience or knowledge to try and attempt this myself. If the alarm acts up again, I'll be sure to post to this board. Thanks again guys.
