I talked to "Cass" my sales representative for the service contract yesterday. When I originally signed up for the contract, I asked if the clutch was covered. He said yes. After hearing from you guys on the forum, and doing some checking on the website, I found out that many pieces of the clutch are covered, but not the major one - the clutch plate. I related this to "Cass" and he said, sorry, he looked at the list of covered parts, and there were many clutches covered - not the plate. I still have 60 days to cancel for a full refund. I'll have to see just what is covered when I get the info. To cancel, I have to send the info back and write a letter that I want to cancel. Still, do you guys think $1250 for 7 years of coverage is a good deal? Be as emphatic as you want - I love to see those multiple exclamation points!!!!!!
