I recently had a 1 spanner service done and I want to know if they should have replaced the engine air filter while doing it? Is there a conclusive list of things that are supposed to be done for both 1 and 2 spanner services?

Not only that, I am getting the vinegar smell inside which means it's time to change the cabin filter? I am right in thinking this aren't I? Anything else to consider?
