Just a way to cheat eBay out of their fees. Check out the sellers feedback and look at how many bumpers and parts he has sold for 1 cent.

I asked him (via ebay) what his *** email me for discount *** was all about back when he was listing this bumper with a $295 "buy it now" - - his reply:
Hello, I'll take another $10off in a buy it now auction. I also
ship via greyhound express which has to be picked up when
it arrives. They contact you. Need city and zip for terminal
location?? I can also use UPS or Fedex but they charge $220
