Don't let that JJ guy scare you about "getting a good one".
Try to get a one owner car. Easy to do in a big city area like Phoenix.
My point is this When these cars came out they were concidered very expensive and the average buyer for at least the Limiteds was not the guy that generally rods the He11 out of a car.
Go with a limited you can always upgrade to a SRT and the limiteds are getting about as low as they ever will. DO NOT even think about the Base model. they are so stripped down they neither offer luxury or speed. Depending on your age or driving record the SRT cost alot more to insure.
I started out with a limited and later got a SRT which has sucked tons of money out of me to get it to run the way I like but I love it. There are still things I like better in the limited.
Drive one, make your choice and don't listen to anyone including me. EVERYBODY is different. Remember that there are people that liked their AMC Gremlins.
