I was a little worried about the winter handling when I bought it but it turns out that the Crossfire is pretty good in snow. As I'm sure you know we just had the most snowy winter on record at 118" and I live in the snow belt which got more snow than that. The only place the car ever got stuck was in my driveway which curves uphill and is below the land contour so it collects drifting snow. It got stuck going uphill so I was always able to back it out the next morning with the exception of the night it snowed 12" and it only took a few minutes of shoveling to get it out the next morning.

As far as dealer service goes, the service dept. at the dealer where I bought the car has been polite and courteous but hasn't been able to fix the same problems I brought the car in five times to have remedied. The last time I took the car in they managed to leave these scratches in the door frame and a set of gouges in the seat.

The other three Chrysler dealers I have taken the car to have been less helpful.

I am currently taking legal action against Chrysler to get them to refund the purchase price of the car in accordance with Ohio's lemon law.
