Just had one of the non-working key fob's replaced and reprogrammed, the TPMS system had to be re-learned and the airbag light was on. The Airbag system required ordering a new Occupant Restraint Controller (ORC). Fortunately these were covered by the factory 3yr/36,ooo mi warranty which has about 3 weeks remaining.

Haven't found out what this work would have cost me but I'm sure it probably comes close to paying for that warranty. Especially with the ORC computer.

My extended warranty paid for itself 3 times over on my cummins. Paid for a new rear-end and complete steering system. $1250 is nothing(set of tires?) and the peace of mind is priceless.

That's my thoughts and they are worth exactly what you paid for them.
