I'm looking into a non OEM replacement option. Bazooka the people that make the awesome base tube sub woofers; make a 6.5in 2ohm double voice coil sub woofer. I just need to pull my factory ones and measure to make sure they will fit. If someone has one pulled how tall is it? The bazooka is 3.625" tall (top of woofer frame to bottom of magnet) I plan to pull the factory subs this weekend to check and see if it will work. The problem of not going with a double voice coil is that your amp will only give you half the wattage because you'll be leaving 2 legs (one for each side) open.
