Sounds like it's the Secondary Air Injection Pump. I had the same thing when mine fried out. You should check the big 40 amp fuse located on the RCM to see if it is blown. If it is the pump the CEL will come on due to the P0410 fault code being thrown. Hope it isn't, as they can be costly to replace, but as I say I had exactly the same issue.
