well the set up you have done is similar to what i want to do. but i have no experience in chopping and pasting especially on a car! living in the uk i would like to do something like that. i would want to have a small in-car pc set up. but would remove the stock radio and place the screen in the upper location with the buttons on the bottom row. Britt any chance in pictures of how u did it? or maybe if u got time can send me a few pointers on how it was done. maybe i can send it to a specialist to do it for me. as the way i see it the stock sat nav costs about £1,200 which is about the price u can create an in car pc and maybe have it installed as well.
