Thanks Rob for the info. The door lock pins do go down when I use either the key fob or the lock button on the console. I guess I was expecting them to go down at 9 mph with the power locking feature activated. I have had other Chrysler products and you can actually hear the door locks activate when you reach the predetermined speed. I really like the safety feature about not being able to lock the car when the keys are in it. I would welcome any input so I know whether or not to have this feature (power door locks) checked out when my first service is due. Thanks.
