Many will state that an extended warranty is not necessary and a waste. Having just had the airbag light fixed at a cost of $2200 (under factory warranty)I chose to cover my investment with an extended warranty. Is it a crapshoot? Absolutely. But I rest much easier now knowing nothing that happens to this car will put me in the poorhouse.

My 07 bought in May had 1507 miles on her and is literally brand new. Got her for 17K. Even with the lifetime warranty I put on her i'm under 20K with a lifetime of coverage. Couldn't be happier.
