I may have already mentioned this before, but it is absolutely ONLY when the S/C engages, I can finally confirm this. In fact, that hesitation that everyone talks about is right when the flutter will start. It will give a little "burst" of flutter with the hesitation, and then from there on out you can hear it. Neutral revs, or below about 2k RPMs...smooth as silk.

I think I might try putting the stock pulley back on and seeing if it hear or feel anything noticeable besides less power...
Let me know how this turns out... to be honest, I hear it all the time and it sounds like ****. My car shouldn't sound like a Geo Metro.

Pullies would be my next guess.
