Did you just have your oil filter changed? Sounds like what happens when the top "O" ring on the bayonet that holds the filter cartridge is in the wrong position.
I hope that's all that it is. Then it's an easy fix.
You will need to take your belt off and clean it completely, if it hasn't "slipped" off already.
