Understood..... I just took both the SSB(SL55 intake) and the Aero(NW Dual) in to DEQ for checking for registartion and they both passed with flying colors... they dont even lift the hoods these day here.... just plug into the OBD port and get the numbers and look for DTC's... they use a sniffer in the exhaust on some cars...
