Like you I have always been a V8 guy.

It is true, you will not get the same roar and feel out of the SRT-6 as a V8. It is a much smoother more refined feel to me, but still silly fast. It will put a smile on your face everytime you make an offering to our blessed lady of acceleration!

Although the point is valid and well taken on the mirror adjustment, the rear vis in the roadster still sucks. I guarantee your wife will not like this aspect of the car. IMHO that is not a bad trade for unique looks and a opportunity to own a rare, performance car loaded with safety features and all the tech goodies MB could put in it.
