I called a couple of hotels in and around Havasu today. I havent heard back from all of them yet, but the best rate I was able to get is from the Western Inn.

Its a group rate of $109+tax............We need atleast 10 rooms booked. Is this realistic?!?!?

Is this reasonable for everyone or way to much? I think it includes a warm breakfast and some other stuff.

All other hotels I rang up so far are going at higher rates (around $150)....
