- Maintenance and repair work will cost a fortune!!!
- Reliability is POOR
- Parts and Tires are EXPENSIVE
- Poor handling
- It takes premium gas (Will cost a lot to run)
- Chrysler= ****
- Most of the car is a downgraded Mercedes
- 350Z, WRX, M3, Miata, s2000, mr2, RX8 --- Are all better cars!?!?

I would like to hear the HONEST truth from you owners out there. I love the look of the XFire, but after hearing all of that, I am thinking twice. I need to make up my mind soon, I need a daily cruiser car. I was thinking about getting a used 04-06 with less than 50K miles.

Thanks for the help in advance.
Well You make some very valid points. I have a friend who has had a 2003 350z 6-speed and currently has a 2005 Honda S2000. He has driven my 2005 crossfire 6-speed and will flat out say it is better of the three if he had to pick one to be his only vehicle. yes, the other too post better numbers but from the drivers seat not much is really lost from the driving experience, all three can put a smile on your face and you feel the most comfortable doing so in the crossfire. My only other experience with one of the vehicles you mention would be a 2009 BMW M3 sedan which a friends father owns. Simply put that bimmer is out of the crossfire's league and really is not even a fair comparison, at least that is what I come to grasp with after exceeding 170 MPH Across the mighty Mississippi on the Mark Twain Memorial Bridge. Oh forgot to mention that was from rear seat perspective of that 4 door saloon.
