This place sells a whole mess of parts for many cars, but I've purchased a genuine MB mirror switch from them. Pretty good price too. He sells oil filters for the XF at $5.50. Seems like a good price to me. I don't know about a collection of replacement parts though. Ebay is generally where you'll find them, or here in our private parts & accessories section.

For mods, other people will have to chime in. I've kept mine bone stock.
